I loved playing the first few weeks. Courts are nice except for when balls get hung up in the ceiling rafters. Management changed 3 times in one month, so it's not ideal. What previous management and staff told us a month ago is very different from now. I am a beginner, and they assured me that the courts on one side were for "social" play, for beginners or those who don't have a rating yet. New management is removing them for open/league play. They are changing the lowest rating to 3.0, of which beginners don't qualify, so the only way to play is to pay an extra $20 an hour to reserve a court (for ultimate membership) more for other plans. Also, you will need to sign up before you come, and if there aren't openings, you can't play. When you pay $100 a month, you should be able to play when you want. The only way to guarantee play when it is busy is to reserve a court. The place is still under construction, so the parking lot is a mess; there are floor-to-ceiling tarps hiding the locker rooms, which they say are state-of-the-art, with private showers, etc. However, because they are not handicap accessible, they did not pass inspection, and it may take months to finish. So there is no locker room for use, including no lockers. They don't allow you to take your bag to your court location, so your stuff has to sit out in the open by a rail on the edge of all the courts where anyone can access it. There needs to be more than the dingy bathroom in the back of the old bar to change clothes. The website to cancel won't let you do it online, you need to email or call. Well, the email came back undeliverable, and calling was a joke. I left a voicemail, and there was no return call. Sadly, you can't even remove your payment method to ensure they didn't automatically draw it when my cancelation was in limbo. You could only change it. I tried to add a "fake" number, but it wouldn't allow that either. Due to the changes/issues and the fact I loved playing, I tried negotiating to stay with either a few free court hour reservations or ball thrower hours, even a few free guest passes a month. If you take a guest, not only do you need to pay the extra court rental fee ($20 an hour) (to ensure you can play with your friends), but you also need to pay $20 for each person to play. They weren't interested in any negotiations. I joined on 11/3; they canceled my account on 11/30, so I couldn't even play the last few days of my membership. I've never canceled an account that didn't allow you to stay the entire payment period. This place has potential, and I want to add that Joshua was outstanding in customer service. Management should consider promoting him. IMO, they are charging full rates for a partially completed gym. Until they complete construction, they should be willing to negotiate or offer a few extra perks. Interestingly, they were in a hurry to finish a restaurant when there were literally four within a few blocks and less to finish the locker rooms. If you are an experienced player, this may be an excellent place for you. If you are looking only to play socially, this may not be worth it. Sadly, since it is the only indoor place in SE Wisconsin, they will get away with how they want to treat people during the winter. I am blessed I didn't sign up for the entire year at once.

It has some of the highest rated open play in the greater Milwaukee area. But it also is pretty unstructured, and the facility is old/dirty & cold in the winter. The management turnover does not instill confidence either. It’s also expensive and in an annoying location, but you can find regular 4.0 open play here in the evenings.

Ray, Arekson, and the entire staff are great! 12 nice indoor courts with great nets. There's still renovation going on for lighting, parking, locker rooms, bathrooms, workout facility, and restaurant, but it's great to have a nice indoor pickleball club to play at right now. Will update with more once renovations are complete.
