Nice park, lots of parking, a nice picnic shelter house with seasonal bathrooms. (Apparently closed in winter and no ports potty, so go before you go in winter) has a trees around a nice kids playground. Several baseball fields volleyball and tennis courts. Some nice walking areas in woods. They apparently have done some invasive weed removal and there is a nice stand of old oaks to walk through. A nice park. Lots of older walkers in the daytime.

Good place for picnic in Madison area especially for kids. Nicely maintained playgrounds for different outdoor games. Good for community gatherings as well. The park has a community shelter and public restrooms as well. Overall, a nice place to visit if you stop by Madison.
