People's Community Center & Pool

Welcoming community center with activities for young and young at heart alike. Helpful friendly staff at the door. The pool has a large shallow end, lazy river and vortex, along with a connected deeper end and swim lanes. Plenty of lifeguards on patrol to keep everyone safe. Well used by the community People’s is supportive hub of activity for everyone.

If you're a swimmer then do yourself a favor and join this center. First, you get access to 4 tacoma pools, so you arnt stuck going to just the one. Second, coming from LA fitness, I cant express enough how much I appreciate having lifeguards on duty and real pool amenities! The staff is so nice and the cost is very affordable. 10/10

Great asset to our neighborhood. My kids love going to the pool year round and the splash pad is a great touch. We've also done some classes through Metro Parks--they have lots of space to host classes like that. The price is something that can't be beat. We will be coming here for years to come.
