This is a nice place to casually tennis and pickleball. Like others mentioned, the courts are a little beaten up, but if it's for practicing or casual playing, I'm 100% pleased and I recommend to those who are practicing or casually playing. There is practice area for tennis against a wall, three tennis courts and benches for waiting times. Now, I don't play tennis but on the far side, there are three pickleball courts that are rarely ever in use in the mornings. The court size and nets are regulation, and even though the court is slightly slanted, and the wind affects gameplay most days, this is a regular spot for my friend and me. There are 12 parking spots, with plenty of street parking and surprisingly clean restrooms. Come and check it out for yourselves.

Google said it had b ball court. Only tennis courts with really slippery puddles and a broken bridge pass. Doi

It's a place to play pickleball and tennis, but it is pretty rough for now. The City of Renton expects to rebuild the facility this fall in 2024. It should be very good when completed.
