Soft open play, Giving it 3 stars for the fact that the courts are small. When serving or returning, you do not have much room at the base line, the glass walls are very close. The courts surface are nice and feel good. Only negative is the court size, but you can play pickleball 24hrs so it may even it out.

Good concept not the best execution. Courts feel like concrete. Not enough space to back up on courts, you run into the back glass divider almost every time. There are poles between each court which are also very easy to run in to and hinder movement. You are basically paying for an outdoor experience indoors with limited mobility.

Got to check out the gym during Advanced open play. It's hard to complain at the $5 price point but wanted to give some feedback. When you advertise advanced open play, especially when the system requests for a Dupr confirmation (which was pretty neat, I havent seen it done elsewhere), the idea begins to fall apart when you allow anyone from regular open play to join. I'm all for playing with the community but in that case I would just join regular open play. The problem is you had players likely below 3.5 joining making games very unbalanced. Some were joining because the regular open play stack was getting large, maybe too many open play slots were allowed. My recommendation would be to have bracelets for advanced open play players so it's easy to track. Some of us went out of our way to visit the gym from our home gyms and hoped for a better experience. With the current set up it would be difficult to recommend for our peers. Really nice scan in feature, super convenient. Best beverage station we've seen at reasonable prices. Would recommend more bag hooks so bags are off the floor so that people have more space to sit/congregate. Hope to visit again in the future. Updating to 5star just for the response from the business. Friends that go regularly do mention and notice improvements since they have opened. Good job and good luck.
