I recently forgot my GoPro camera at the pickleball court and realized it only after reaching home. I immediately called the front desk and spoke with a staff member named Divya, informing her about my lost item. A few days later, I visited the court to check, but despite looking around, the same staff member said they didn’t have it. I left my contact details and requested a call from the owner. After a week, I followed up, and the owner finally responded. Unfortunately, the response was disappointing—there was no sense of accountability, and the management seemed indifferent. While I acknowledge that it was my own mistake to leave my camera behind, it’s disheartening to see such a lack of concern for lost items. This experience has left me with the impression that this is not a place where belongings are secure. I would have appreciated a more responsible and customer-friendly approach.

I used their Badminton Racquet Restringing service for 3 racquets of mine. All of these strings were torn by the second day. Felt like they were using cheap quality strings or they don't know how to do the stringing properly. Waste of money and time. P.S: This is my first time with them but I got my racquets restringed elsewhere where I didn't face this issue.
