This review is primarly a Pickleball review. This rec center has a lot of options and is in great shape. Membership Rates are great. Reviews Irving’s Georgia Farrows Rec Center: Rating: 88 Review: 67 of 315 DPA REVIEW DATE/TIME: 11/21/2024 11:10 am – 12:20 Irving area south of IH RATINGS: OVERALL 8.8/10 COURT SURFACE- 8.5/10 LIGHTING – Good; SPACE – Okay between courts. Ceiling height was good. COURTS: (3) Indoor Gymnasium LOCATION: 530 Davis Dr, Irving, TX 75061 P: 214-350-0361. Website: www.cityofirving.org/2807/Georgia-Farrow-Rec-Center COST: Membership Rates Yearly; (Non-Fitness) Ages 18-49: Res$10 Non-Res: $20 Sen: Res: $10 Non-Res $5. EQUIPMENT: nets good shape and jug provided. Stack paddles on floor on a bag OPEN PLAY TIMES: M-Fri 10a-1pm PROS: Basic (includes PB) Membership is the best; Good Range of Ages from college to seniors. Skill Level: 2.8 – 3.8. Mon thru-Fri(10a-1pm) CONS: Rear Side lines had different colors kind of confusing. Looks like it had badminton lines which are similar to pickleball lines.; Jug balls. NOTES ABOUT THIS VISIT: 20 players. Stack paddles on a floor near bleacher. *The DPA review was my own view, this was based on my visit at that particular time and day. The review might have been different on another day and/or time. Everyone has their own opinion

This is a very beautiful recreation center in the city of Irving. We meet every Friday at 2 pm for our weekly soccer practice. The practice is free to join for the students of Irving and the homeschooling community. The recreation center is always clean and the staff is absolutely fantastic! They always give you help and assistance with any need. We are very happy to find this opportunity. We invite everyone to come and find out. Best regards and thank you so much for taking care of us.
