This gym has everything you could ask for! The atmosphere is welcoming for both beginners and fitness enthusiasts. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful What sets this gym apart is the wide variety of classes available for both men and women, whether you’re into yoga, strength training, or even basketball, there’s something for everyone. The basketball court is spacious, and the yoga sessions are perfect for relaxation and flexibility. But the best part? The indoor and outdoor pools! The indoor pool is great for year-round swimming, while the outdoor pool is a dream in the summer perfect for unwinding and soaking up the sun. Whether you’re looking to work out, de-stress, or just have fun, this gym has it all. Highly recommend!

The workers are mostly teenagers and early 20s at best yet they are the most professional, kind, respectful. I've visited so many gyms and most of them are not even close to those boys and girls at FAC when it comes to hospitality and good manners. I like the gym because it's more family friendly and you don't see that douche mentality other gyms have where athletes workout shirtless or wearing very revealing clothes.

So there we were, trying to make plans for the day. Nothing outside sounded good. Until we began to pass the athletic center. And there she was the biggest water park this side of the Mississip. We decided to take the shot and try it out and boooooy howdy did we make the right decision. We kicked back in the sun while the kids ran around like Anxiety from the movie Inside-out 2. There was so much to do that at one point we lost a few kids for a while but they showed back up when they became hungry. The atmosphere was great and we got seats pretty easily. Staff was nice and there were lots of employees which made us feel safer than the declaration of independence when Nick Cage ain’t around. I would definitely recommend FAC to anyone who needs to cool off.
