Reviews of my 56th visit to a facility on 74 DFW / North Texas cities with 306 locations. This one is Picklr in White Settlement. New: Opened in late May 2024. DPA (Dallas Pickleball Associations) Rating: Overall, 9.4 /10*. Location on 1705 S Cherry Ln., White Settlement (near Ft Worth). Picklr has 11 Indoor courts: 9.5/10. (Court rating) This is a new facility which opened in May 2024. We took advantage of today being National Pickleball Day, Thur Aug 8 2024, (Free Pickleball open play) arriving at 10:25 am. 6 of the 11 courts were being used at that time. Plenty of space to move around on each court. They have lessons and clinics at the facility. Several memberships option. Pros: Layout of the facility was good. Not too many problems with balls coming into your court like a lot of facilities. They have a 30-Day trial for $10 and $139/mo after 30-day trial. Cons: For those that like to lob the ceilings were only 17.5’ high.

Great place to play PB🏓! It starts with friendly & welcoming front desk staff. I appreciate the Free Drills & Skills with Nathan. He adapts the session to participants needs with intentional and targeted skills. He provides individual and productive feedback. The clinics with Josh are fun and fast. Joining a league is a nice continuation into opportunities to make PB friends. 🏆

I wish there was half a star rating. I was at the McKinney, TX location to try the game for the first time and was really impressed and wanted to become a member. Before which I had to register online with my card details. My friend took me as a guest and without our knowledge the front desk clocked me in as a member. Later I see there is a membership fee charged on my account from the West Forth, TX location as I was registered to that location. I tried calling both the locations to help resolve my issue. And this is the 6th time and both the locations aren’t doing anything to help resolve my issue but both locations deny to refund it. My love for the game has increased but Picklr as a brand is not something I would recommend as it’s not customer friendly. And you suffer with your accounts on a longer run. Really bad customer experience. Reply - As a customer I tried calling both the locations to get this resolved in a timely manner but none of the clubs helped me resolve my issue. And I still haven’t received my membership cancellation email.
