We were so excited to get a garden plot and went to "scope it out". We walked around looking at the fruit trees as well. (We had huge gardens and fruit trees where we used to live) When I walked back into my house, I had a strange feeling about the bottom of my Crocs....there were 25 or more stickers embedded in bottom of my shoes! Yikes! Hopefully the PIPOA fees help with this. Note to self: don't take the dogs with us to garden! Go to the Dog Park instead! We are really excited to start gardening again! Thanks to the community planners and Ken T for providing the opportunity!

I have a garden there. Neighbors have donated trees and benches etc. Has decent playscape and basketball court area for kids, but grassy areas are full of grass burrs, so hard for kids and dogs to enjoy the wide open space. If city would spray for the burrs it would be a 4 or 5 rating.

The place has potential. It's in a good neighborhood. Unfortunately the city parks department is a joke. Their only purpose is to deprivating land into parks they aren't capable of maintaining and then selling it to a hotel. It's a land grab scam built by the dirty Corpus Christi kgb.
