Good, clean neighborhood with several soccer fields, two basketball courts, kids play area, and a walking trail. The soccer fields occupy the largest part of the park. The park is opposite Holleman Oaks and next to Grace Bible Church. The surroundings are relatively quiet. The church holds massive yearly event 'Big Giveaway' for incoming students here. Lacks shade though. Good for bringing kids or playing basketball and soccer. The Lemon Tree park, which has much much better walking/biking trails, is not far though.

My daughter and I love this little park. We've been many times and there literally has never been anyone else there. I'm not sure why this is as it does seem to be in a decent area, however, I'm not from College Station so maybe there's something that I don't know about the area or perhaps we've just been lucky everytime. Either way, if you're looking for a nice little playground for your little one to run around this one is perfect!

Nice small playground for maybe 5 years old and up because there are no stairs to get up to the slide. There are no swings. It’s covered so that’s a plus. It did only hold my 5 year olds attention for about 10 minutes.
