Awesome retro monument sign for the neighborhood with a decent amount of area around it. Well lit from lampposts, a few good shade trees so it's a decent place to have a picnic or something.

My son has football practice at this party and it's very nice here. Plenty of trees that provide shade to sit under on this hot evenings. Playground is wonderful for the smaller kids to play on. And the sidewalk/track around the park isn't all broken like other parts here in Amarillo
