Finally got to see it today and it was well worth the wait! This place is gorgeous and the staff were so kind, even while they were completely swamped. What originally sold me on membership was the 2hrs of playroom care every day and the fact that group fitness is included in membership (no extra cost). I’ve found gym childcare is usually really disappointing, but today’s playroom staff were a breath of fresh air and my little one had a blast! (I even got to take a quick picture since he was the only one in there when we went).

Love the facility. However, Jill at the front desk in the morning alter my contract and deleted members that she “felt” didn’t belong. After providing proof of residency 2, it still took 2 weeks of back and forth because jill at the front desk felt she had the right to decide who I could add to my account even though we are paying the monthly fee. The “so called” manager Craig, who obviously doesn’t want to be there, just went along with her, didn’t ask questions, didn’t verify, just a dull, dry look of boredom. No rules provided, no guidelines no accountability in editing an account I signed a contract for.

Open House on 1/13/24. Very crowded but lots of fun. The facility looked amazing. I am very much looking forward to the indoor playground on the 1st floor which is still under construction now. The great add is the Playroom on the 1st floor which will be having the child care service. Full of equipments crowded on the 2nd floor though, and there is no swimming pool, Sauna or SPA.
