Extremely unfriendly to new members learning their system. They definitely don’t answer the phone when you have a basic question. It’s affordable but you get what you pay for. I once confronted the front desk about them never answering the phone and they said “call back during less busy times, we can’t keep up during rush hours.” So, I tried calling after the morning rush and before their lunch rush, but they still don’t answer. It’s frustrating to have a membership, but not be able to ask basic questions without driving over to the facility and asking in person.

From out of town and getting in some private training. We found the staff friendly and helpful and one amazing coach.
