It's a shame. The facilities are nice, but it's poorly managed. Half of the entire gym was rented out to 2 PEOPLE when I arrived, so of course it filled up instantly. Nobody answers the phone. I just asked them in person, and it turns out, they don't even have a phone in the building, so idk why they list it on Google. The gym is nice, but they need to develop a better way to check the availability than posting on Insta AFTER it's full.. especially if you're gonna rent half the place out during an "open gym". (I've seen barber shops & gyms do this, you can do it too.) Either create a way to check how full the gym is on the website, or answer the phone. Until they figure this out, it's a waste of good space.

My brothers shoes were stolen here last winter and when I called the front desk all they could say was sorry and that he will bring it up to the owner. You would think m they would at least compensate a few free sessions after something like that happened but obviously this place is not as professional as you think considering they just have 16 year old work the entire place and the front desk is always vacant god forbid more people stuff gets stolen or someone walks in to cause trouble and the front desk worker isn’t even there to call 911 for help. Ridiculous establishment

My son went to this court put his basketball down for 1 second and someone stold it.. he asked the front desk if they could do anything to help him and they said nothing they can do and anything you bring in here you bring it at your own risk.. Terrible
