As a student, I would like to emphasize an important point: there is no real inclusion among teachers in our CEGEP. Most are from Quebec, and that does not reflect the diversity of the student community, which is nevertheless very varied. This is something that should be improved, because having teachers from different backgrounds would not only better represent students, but also enrich the perspectives and experiences shared in class. Diversity within the teaching staff could create a more welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone.
