DO NOT buy from Pickleball Town! The customer service is HORRIBLE. I purchased shoes as a Christmas gift prior to their Black Friday sale. I was eligible to return my item until January, so I emailed to ask if they would honour the sale price. They ignored my email until the sale was over. When I finally spoke with the online manager, Christian Lantin, 4 days later, I was told that they would not honour the sale price because the sale was over, and that is not their policy, even though my original email was sent on the first day of the sale. Had they responded sooner, I could have repurchased at the sale price and returned the original purchase. I was trying to support a smaller Canadian company. Big mistake. Do yourself a favour and deal with a larger company that has better customer service and a price matching policy. Most large retailers will honour sale prices, and offer free returns. Pickleballtown charges $20 for returns - their site says "easy returns", however they fail to tell you that you will have to pay a return fee. I will pay the $20 and return my purchase because I do not want them to have a penny of my money. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I tried to order a pickleball racket online with the new customer discount, it didn't work, I made a request online, no response back, unable to call a customer service person there There's no number for that. After several days without a response, I tried with your competitor (Nation sport) I immediately got a response because with them we can talk to someone and the next day I received my racket at the same discount as Pickelballtown. Online service, big 0.
