is this a Taylor Swift ticket queue or a tennis court? reservations open 3 days in advance at 9:30am. for the second day in a row i watched the second hand on the clock and tried to reserve a court the split second it hit 9:30. by the time the next prompt appeared, literally every single court was booked, including the one i had just “confirmed”. i understand it’s competitive, but if it’s this difficult to book a court on a Wednesday, the system is flawed and needs to be updated to make it more accessible for everyone! website is also super buggy and signs you out every 10 minutes.

Botters have taken over the reservation site; every timeslot is booked less than a second after being posted. Mgmt either uninterested or unable to address the problem

It's a great place but man it is so hard to book a court, class, lesson. That's why it gets 3 stars.
