First time at Jumbos. This is a great facility with friendly and helpful staff. Good surface and the courts are well maintained. However, better ventilation would be helpful. Despite having fans it still got quite warm and it wasn't even 80° outside. One suggestion would be to install curtains between courts to prevent balls from rolling into other games. Overall, it's a fantastic place to play.

If you're NOT a member, DON'T bother. We started going a few months back, enjoyed going with our kids, purchased a handful of their punchcards and now we can't use them because they're full with members and we can't get a court ever!!! In addition, if you don't play 3+ times a week the memberships they offer don't make any financial sense. Bummer!!

We came for opening weekend and they waved fees which I thought was very nice! Facility is clean and spacious! The dividers from other courts are on the shorter side so our ball went into other people’s courts a few times… I wonder if that’s going to be updated? No phone number yet on google! I had a few questions before we went and hope they get a phone number soon! We had a really fun time and the 2 hour window to play was great! We’ll be back.
