I always go hoop here when I'm in town. It's convenient that they have weights here too and a bit of a turf area so I get to utilize their space for a full workout bringing my bands and sliders. I even go watch games there in my free time! The staff is nice, and very supportive.

Love the facility and my kids love going as well (probably the best gym in Windsor for sure), staff members are very friendly and very helpful.

Staff is excellent & very helpful. Gym is great for the youth, my younger brother enjoys coming here with his friends!
