We signed a 10-session group lesson. The first session was so good. Unfortunately the coach during the first session was on vacation afterwards, and new coach during the second and third lessons was not compatible for my kid. So we decided to dis-continue. The manager Jennifer was very honest, understanding and considerate and she refunded us 100% pre-paid unfinished 7 session fee. We will go back someday.
