This is an incredible facility managed by Cameron & the Christian College. The equipment is top notch, and you can expect a welcoming environment when getting a workout in! I have been training here for almost 2 years, and I certainly say this is one of my favourite places to train in the Durham Region. I would highly recommend to others to check out this space and get a workout in.

I love CAPC! Wonderful gym with all atlantis machines, both pin loaded and plate loaded. Staff is always friendly and welcoming, only actual criticism I have would be that they do not have a studio and the bathrooms aren’t completely renovated/done (most definitely clean, just not at the same level as other commercial gyms). Regardless, I highly recommend coming here.

I love CAP! Best gym, great environment, amazing owner! Can get my lift in without the typical gym chaos/distractions! Would love to see a few new pieces of equipment and change room upgrades but I know it’s coming!!! 🙏🏼
