York Hill District Park

We were there with my son last week. The place is not so big and has three different playgrounds catering to various age groups, as well as several tennis and basketball courts. There are swings in two different spots. During our visit, it was a hot day, and I was looking for a cool place to sit and relax. Unfortunately, most of the benches are under the sun, and the grass needs watering. Additionally, I couldn't find a place to get water, so we had to walk to the nearest store, which was a 10-minute walk away, to buy some.

really nice park. has 2 sets of swings, one on the main playground and a second near the courts. has multiple sports areas including baseball, basketball, soccer, and raquet sports. i love the rain garden and all the new trees planted to provide more shade.

It’s an ok park. Fairly big. Has a few tennis courts, a basketball court, baseball diamond and lots of fields. The equipment there is fairly decent and they try to accommodate a wide range of ages. The problem is you’ll find older kids taking over the toddler area which makes it not as pleasant for the little ones to enjoy themselves. It does get busy as well.
