I had a fantastic experience at Lifetime Gym, and I want to give a special shoutout to Cameron! As the Assistant Facility Operations Manager, he was incredibly professional, helpful, and welcoming. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was running smoothly and that members had the best experience possible. His attention to detail and commitment to creating an exceptional gym environment truly stand out. Thanks, Cameron, for making Lifetime Gym such a great place to work out!

I can’t believe how bad Lifetime, more specifically mississauga location has gotten. They keep jacking up the membership fees, but instead of improvements, everything is falling apart. The showers leak constantly. Each stall has its own issues like low pressure or water spraying more sideways than straight ahead. The fittings are as standard as they come. LA fitness has way better ones. And don’t even get me started on the steam sauna—it barely works, and when it does, it’s nowhere near the experience you'd expect. For the insane amount they charge, you’d expect top-tier maintenance and facilities. Instead, it feels like they’re just milking members for every dollar while letting everything go to waste. I finally had enough and cancelled my membership because there’s absolutely no value left in what they offer. I’m writing to lifetime canada’s head office to reevaluate the canadian business, because this gym needs a serious wake-up call. And if they don’t listen, I might just take this to the media—people deserve to know how much of a scam this place has become.

The staff here are truly superstars. I watched the staff of this facility aid in saving a mans life. Early March a man had a medical emergency in the cardio area, a customer pulled some sort of alarm or notified staff and within seconds the staff was running upstairs with medical equipment to help the man. Police and EMTs were called and swiftly arrived too. I Hope the man they helped is okay and I hope the staff is too. It was a scary moment but they all acted so fast and didn't let any nerves get to them. Amazing. Makes me feel safe and know that if anything were to ever happen to me or another person there - i/they would be in good hands.
