Hi there. I'm a single mom of special needs children. I use to take them to the multi sport. I signed them up so I too can get out of the house and interact. It's very socially isolating having these issues. I was informed today that I can not use the services. That my child after he's done playing can not wait quietly and wait for me on the premises. This was the only reason for me to sign them up at this facility. Thank you city of Kitchener for the inconsideration. We will no longer be using your services. Thank you for making things just a little bit more hard for us.
