Fun for all ages. I bring my kid for swim and he loves it. Water temperature in kids pool is very comfortable and if you are up for a bit of adventure adult pool has a lot of swim lanes. Everything is made keeping families in mind, however, gym needs some new equipment. Plenty of parking.

We have swimming lessons here. Love the location, however the set up could be a little better. The seating area for parents waiting for their children is not accessible from inside the pool. Which means we have to go back through the change room to put our socks and shoes back on to walk out and around and back into the pool from the outside. To then have to go back into the change room. Take our shoes and socks off again. To then gather our kids. To go back in to get dressed again. Going through the family washroom is a waiting game, as you have to battle the showers to get to your locker. Fully dressed lol. Aside from that. Great staff, very clean location.
