Great place to warm up during cold days. Convenient to book online and helpful staff. Good price for 1h rent. They have drop-ins too, helps if all your friends are busy, plan to check them out too.

Good facility, but the management needs to improve. They constantly change their schedules last minute and often dont inform customers until they arrive. Just the other week, I arrived with a few friends and they told us the dropin had moved to a different time. They couldve easily let us know via the whatsapp group chat. I would give them benefit of a one off time but It happens all the time and I would not recommend this place for dropins at their price. They are inconsiderate of their customers and do not compensate for the wasted time/ unexpected time changes.

I do not like giving one star reviews but in this case I wanted to bring attention to the owners of this organization of my experience. Although the court facilities are decent enough for a fun volleyball game with friends, it is not big enough of a court to truly enjoy playing competitively- but at the end of the day you get what you paid for, for next time I’ll remember to pay the extra few bucks for a proper facility. My group had booked a 2 hour slot and at the end of the time slot when we came to ask if it was okay to play another game which might be another 15mins or so if no one else has booked after us, we were advised that it would be okay. At this point we even asked do we have to pay? We were advised no. Once we had completed our last game and started leaving, it was as if the employee suddenly just remembered to make sure we pay for the time over the booked time slot and told us we have to pay. If the staff on duty had mentioned that there would be an additional fee, we would have not continued on and went home once the original 2 hour time was completed. When we brought this back to the employee at the time, I expected at least some type of onus from the staff to address that there may have been a misunderstanding or that they should have done a better job at informing us about the extra fee. But I was greeted with a snarky comment of “how could it be free” with a smirk on his face. We are not there to steal from a local business or cause any problems, but the way this was handled by the staff is why I won’t be coming back here again.
