If you use google Maps to go here. It'll be a little confusing. Tells you to turn into a quaint, quiet neighborhood. There's no signage or anything on the main road pointing out that the diamonds are back there. You don't see it until you hit the parking lot. We used the baseball diamonds. I was not impressed with the clay gravel used. Incredibly dusty with the kids sliding. None of the parents were happy about that. Then, because the gravel is so dry and loose the lines completely disappeared after 2 innings. The sun beats into a few of the dug outs. Like straight into. It'd be nice if they put a strip of rubber or heavy duty tarp across the top of the dug outs so the kids could sit up on the top of the bench to at least get out of the sun a bit. Don't even have that. Theres a concession stand but its lack luster. Super simple. Candy, drinks, bag chips and stale popcorn, not impressed. There's a large parking lot. However, it's shared with a tennis court, and most of the time, there are lacrosse teams playing in the open grass field. So, if you don't get there early, you may be searching for a bit for a spot. There's also a drive along the parking lot that's a "one way" doesn't make sense since those are the only handicap spots and you'd have to drive through a neighborhood to get to them if you went the one way. The walkway to the diamonds goes directly to a parking spot, so you have to cross the grass, which seems pointless. Pretty sure there's supposed to be lines there to allow access so people don't park there. But there's no lines anywhere in the parking lot either. Also, there's no wheel stops and people tend to pull to the fence. So the walkway isn't always accessible. If you try to use the drive way there's speed bumps, and pulling kids in a wagon over those isn't fun, so you still walk in the grass. Alot of the wheel stops in the parking lot are broken and in pieces. Although they cut the grass, the lot needs an update. Fresh tar and lines, at least. Fix the wheel bumps. Same with the walkways around the diamonds. The city its in is pretty upscale, and they have a high city tax. This is a local town to me, so I know. There's no reason this diamond and parking lot should look to be so dilapidated or outdated. Bathrooms are not great. They do the job, but it wasn't the cleanliest. Do better city of Sylvania.

Very nice pickleball courts. If there was something other than a small port-a-potty it would be 5 star.
