I go here to work out, Great facility with a multitude of different machines and free weights ranging from dumbbells with 1 lb - 120 lb, to cable and smith machines. There is also a row of treadmills facing ourward if you want to do your cardio.

The staff at the gym is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Jim is always clean and approachable, and the other coaches and staff are also very friendly and supportive. The gym offers a wide range of excellent classes, including ice skating, which is a fantastic activity. Paul is always well-trained and ensures that everyone feels comfortable and safe. One of the best aspects of the gym is the post-workout amenities. After your workout, you can relax in the sauna, hot tub, steam room, or take a dip in the pool. The pricing is very reasonable, and the Complete package is definitely worth it, as it allows you to access all of these amenities and more, including the outdoor swim playground. The outdoor slides are fantastic for children, and the overall atmosphere of the gym is conducive to both physical and mental well-being. It’s a great place to get healthy, relax, and start enjoying life.

I love this fitness center. Nice variety of free weights and exercise machines for all levels of exercising. It doesn’t get very crowded even during peak times. Great sauna and steam room, the center also has a lap pool, basketball courts, indoor track, etc.
