September 2023, this place is open for pickleball and tennis. The courts appear to be brand new, there are clean restrooms, permanent nets (12 of them), and benches to sit. It's very nice.

Great place for PB of all levels. People are friendly. Open play is an option. There are groups who play only with their group and stay on the court for the duration of their play time. However, there are plenty of courts and availability for pick-up. Didn't grab any pics but the pics already posted actually show what the courts look like. They are new and quite nice. Your GPS may take you to a parking lot on the other side of the park and you have to walk through the grass to the PB courts so try navigating to the Tri-City PB courts directly, rather than to just Tri-City Park.

May, 2023: pickleball courts are gone. The pickleball courts shown in the satellite photo are now a big gravel lot. None of the tennis courts appear to be lined for pickleball.
