Please tell me the reasoning behind this. I come there with my 15 year old son to play basketball in the gym. We waited for 30 mins to get a basketball then told we need to pay 5 dollars for a new card. After 14 mins shooting the basketball with my son, a secretary/security guard woman comes in a tells me I need to leave the gym ; as I am not a teen? She said she received a message from “up top” stating I couldn’t be in the gym. There was not a sole in the building at this time. I asked the secretary upon leaving with my son why I couldn’t shot a basketball in the building. She seemed more Lost then other woman. Tax dollars hard at work and why the place is vacant 90 percent of the time !!

I called the registration phone number to inquire about the possibility of registering by mail for a certain program, was given a non-answer, and then abruptly put on hold. After several minutes I was transferred to an automated voice message which allowed me to leave my phone number for a callback, but I never heard back. Talk about poor customer service!

Amazing place to bring kids to after work or on the weekends to run around and play on the turf/gym. Had a birthday party here and would recommend 10/10. 3/5 because they only offer daycare and kids classes during the workday for stay at home parents. There is hardly anything available for working parents.
