I tried to research why and God's green earth. There was a park dedicated to Leif Erikson in the middle of Chinese Brooklyn. I came up short. I went to the park and looked for the plaque but the plaque was shattered so I will never know why. Leif Ericsson the famous Viking has a little weird ass playground equipment with Viking stuff honoring him in deep deep Brooklyn. Some mysteries are to be never known

This park is nice and clean. It's good for a morning or am evening walk. Good for kids and elders both.

Such a beautiful park full of amazing trees and activities. Lots of space . Too bad so many people piss/sleep? in bushes its stinky! Also there is too much trash and bad food out of appropriate bins that need addressing. There should be more authorities to stop this behaviour its a beautiful park with lots if nature and contemplating spots.
