They didn't do a good job with swim lessons. My 6 year old was doing private swim lessons. It started out good until we had to switch to a different instructor. Then they kept changing instructors. They would cancel lessons with little to no notice which my son was really upset. We get all the way over there to find out they canceled or don't even tell me they had to cancel. My son has autism and he needs consistency. There was none at that facility at all.

Are you the parents of a toddler(s) that let your parents (grandparents) take your toddler to the CDPHP® Fitness Connect at the Ciccotti Center today 1/3/2025, approx 3:30pm? Let me tell you what I witnessed. The staff took out a large, floor cleaning machine where other facilities usually require staff to wear protective ear coverings, and operated the LOUD machinery right next to your toddler. I went to the front desk to ask if the parents were made aware that loud machinery would operate next to their toddler's ear drums. The staff member said it is the parent's responsibility and since they remained in the gym they do not have a problem. I replied, "it is unlikely they are the parents of the toddler and the toddler lacks ability to leave the room." "Who is protecting those little baby ears and hearing?" In my opinion, the bigger issue is who trains the staff to operate loud equipment near toddlers? I have been a member for a while and I've seen the summer program - it's like a rock concert noise level and I went a various times to see if the children caught a break from the ear piercing screams.... if I were considering summer camps or school breaks this is the last place on earth I'd enroll my child. I'd lose a job before enrolling my child because they do not seem to be able to consider a child's exposure to extreme noise pollution. I've heard a child allowed to screech 30 minutes before a staff member blew the whistle. On a positive, if you have a high school student or college athlete (likely wearing earbuds) - I have observed private basketball lessons and they have dedicated staff teaching best practices. I have not tried the pool which I think is the big draw. The aquatic staff seem very cheerful and nice.

Three days ago, I contacted Coccotti about joining and still haven't heard from anyone.... I left a voice mail and contacted them twice through there website. (I got a notice saying "there was a problem with your subm, please try again)
