We go to the aquacise class for seniors on Tuesday and Thursday. What a great workout! We love it!! Locker rooms are always clean, the staff in the office are very pleasant. Plenty of parking. Instructor is AWESOME! The class is fantastic because of her!

Been going since I was a child and my kids started going also and playing ball.. Older guys will help kids learn the game when they can and let them play pickup ball with them..
