This is an amazing place. There are many fields for football and soccer and they have 4 basketball courts. Perfect plays for rec league basketball. Staff is amazing. 5 stars.

Amazing place, I was blown away. This place has an array of different amenities for both adults and children. Food drinks alcohol drinks and gaming if you want it

It is shocking how poorly managed this facility is. I have been playing indoor soccer here for approximately 4 years. Both at the old location and the new. The rules regarding when payment for the league is due are completely bias. I called earlier this week to make sure my team did not owe money and they assured me nothing was due until the following week. At game time, the ref would not start the game until my team paid $140 more. This arbitrary amount due by the second game is not documented anywhere. There are other teams who take the entire session to pay their fees, they are even allowed to play in the playoffs with money owed. Additionally, their website does not allow for players to make payments online. So everyone has to show up early and pay in person the first game of the session and get their players cards, for which they are never ever prepared and the games are always delayed. The players cards do nothing, just another fee. Other facilities I have played at use players cards for fun engagement like keeping track of top goal scorers. The Sportsdome only uses the players cards to enforce rosters for certain teams, and not others. Which brings me to the actual game play. I understand refereeing is difficult and subjective. Most of the referees are extremely combative and unpleasant to deal with. Even asking calmly for an explanation of a call has earned me two blue cards, one from the sideline. There is no recourse, the management staff will not review game play even if there is a brawl on the field. Brawls are more common at the Reno Sportsdome than any other facility I have ever played at. Additionally, the staff who manages the score board during games sits on their phone the entire time. They do not assist the ref or the players at all. Playing soccer is my most favorite activity, but lately, I leave the Sportsdome in a much worse mood than when I arrived. If there were any other complexes to play at in the area, I would switch immediately. Updating to add the place is filthy. The turf has never been serviced, you will always find fingernails, earrings, and band aids on the field. The players' bench clearly has never been wiped down. The equipment is garbage, balls are splitting and losing air. The ref tonight would not stop play to pump up the ball, the sideline associate sat on their phone the whole time. The players ended up stopping play and taking care of it themselves. Sportsdome do better.
