I just recently moved to the neighborhood close to the park. I absolutely love the park as it is beautiful, conveniently located and has good arrangements like tennis courts, football(soccer) nets, basketball nets, benches, washroom etc. It is dog friendly as well. Overall, a great place to play sports, take walks or have random hangouts!

This is a decent park with a lot shades during summer. There are a lot of green as well. Good for walking, children play area and group sitting with permits.

The tennis courts were beat up and locked up off limits, no doggy bags in the dispenser, lots of Canadian geese, lackadaisical construction going on, a cherry tree with squashed cherries all over the walkway, paint failing on the bathroom, graffiti on the pylon, people walking their dogs off leash, random potholes behind the bleachers and weeds on the infield of the baseball diamond, homeless people with their belongings at the gazebo area, broken play equipment, diseased trees and invasive chinese sumac plants and nowhere to park since all the UNR students fill up the parking lot and the entire street parking surrounding the park.
