Disclaimer: This is one of my famous reviews—honest, unfiltered, and based on real experience. If you’re looking for sugar-coated fluff, this isn’t it. As always, I Ford the opportunity for all establishments to make things right if they aren't happy with the review and for a chance to get it changed. I had high hopes walking into Chicken N Pickle—the place itself is awesome. Great vibes, packed pickleball courts, and a killer atmosphere. But unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. We arrived at 7:00 PM and waited in line for 20 minutes just to place our order. Not the end of the world, but things didn’t improve from there. Our food didn’t arrive until 8:30 PM. I ordered the chorizo sharable, chicken & waffles, skillet cookie (whatever the new version is now), chicken sandwich, and tots. The food? Solid. No complaints there. But the speed? Rough. I asked the waiter if the sharable would come out ahead of the rest. He told me, “Not if you ordered it all together,” then said he’d check and see if he could bring it out early. He walked by our table at least four times after that… no update, no sharable. Just radio silence. Once we finally ate, we finished the night playing corn hole—which was a blast. The courts were lively, people were having fun, and the overall atmosphere really made up for some of the disappointment. Bottom line: Chicken N Pickle has the potential to be great, but the service seriously needs work. If they can dial that in, it’ll be a go-to spot.

We just went to check it out, and we liked it. I just read the reviews, and I imagine if I had read the reviews first, I wouldn't have gone. But nah, the place is great. Tons of families having fun, the service was good, the food was good, the place itself is very fun. It's a huge locale. They have many different set ups to go chill, bars, inside, outside, great ambiance, the terrace, and all those courts. We went to check it out late on a weeknight. This place is great for birthday parties of ages and all kinds of events.

Stopped by shortly after their grand opening, and wanted to get a drink at the bar and try some small plates. Upon entry, there are indoor & outdoor (covered) Pickleball courts for rent. They have a large green space in the center with games, chairs and tables. There is a bar with food, inside next to the indoor courts. Across the way, is a full restaurant & 3 bars. Two bars are on the first floor, both have tables and bar top to sit at. There is also a large rooftop with indoor & outdoor seating, plus a bar. If you are only looking for a table, order food at the counter and they bring the order to you. If sitting at the bar, they have full service with the bar tenders. They have a happy hour, so be on the lookout if that applies during your visit! Near the back, is a large dog park with outdoor seating next to the park. Wings were tasty. Overall, a good experience for our first visit.
