An Amazing Sports complex with an.amazing friendly family type atmosphere! I spend most of my days here between weights and cardio in the Morning and Swimming in the Afternoon and soon I will be playing Pickle ball from 10 AM till 2 PM Monday to Friday! My favourite workout location probably ever! Do yourself a favour and get your health back at this excellent Complex!

It is always busy here. There is always something happening here. It is great for events, sports, and other gatherings. There used to be cat shows here at one point until they found a different location. It is next to the busy bus terminal, so it is convenient to come and go. I often come here for various events.
