Visit: June 2024 You can tell they have built a new part to the sport center, which is quite nice. The older parts are a bit more old-school feeling. Exploring around, the building really have me "University of Alberta Bio-Sci building vibes". Mainly went there for the dry sauna room which was nice. They also have a small climbing gym, but it is closed during summers which is unfortunate

Dalplex is a fantastic sports complex with everything you need for a great workout or swim. The pool is well-maintained, with plenty of lanes available for lap swimming. There are a variety of facilities and equipment for different types of workouts, and the atmosphere is always welcoming. Definitely a great place stay active!

We were there for a tournament so we only used the pool for the weekend. I can't say much more about anything else. Everything seemed really clean though. Nice facility.
