I was with a friend at the Facility for him to renew his Membership. And I couldn’t help not over hearing the Finance Manager Kevin talking to one of the Employees in a very mean and Harsh way. You have anything to say to an employee have respect to your position and responsibilities that comes with it and respect the present of the clientele and most importantly respect that girl’s feelings that I’m sure you made her feel so bad. Kevin Made everyone uncomfortable with his ignorant and mean comments to the girl behind the counter top. I advise the Management to Retrain Kevin or maybe put him in some kind of anger management program. Very unprofessional and Very rude Finance Manager.

Do not ever sign up for gym at Canada Games Center. Highly expensive and not worth it, unless you use all the other facilities, like pool, sports courts and such. I had a payment or two bounce and they kept on charging to pile up NSF of $250. Why not stop charging if it fails once? This ain’t mortgage payment. It bounced as I went out of country to visit my sick father, who currently, as I speak, is in ICU, and because I forgot to give them priority, over making travel arrangements, to follow the vagaries of suspending the account, they kept on abusing by multiple NSF charges, then they sent to collections and destroyed my credit. I just finished paying off $300 today, out of which only, $62 was gym membership fee. This is utter garbage and abuse by using capitalism at its finest. We call Canada a First World Country? Well, yes first to mess up your life, rob you, while wearing a suit and tie and empty apologies. At least, 3rd world countries do it by being transparent. I’d give it a 0 star, if I could just because of their fraudulent finance practices.

We are members and use the facilities very often. It is a bit hard to book for pickel ball or badminton since the book very fast. The wet universal changing room could use better cleaning, it usually smells bad. And the pool water should be warmer. Besides this we enjoyed the fitness classes, and helpful staff.
