LAKEWOOD: we have been quoted as saying that Lakewood is very congested, but you would never know it while enjoying all the nature that Ocean County Park has to offer. This park is huge and there are a lot of flat paths to walk on that meander through a disc golf course, a lake, tennis courts, and beautiful and very tall trees. This was once John D. Rockefeller’s vacation estate and if a park can be luxurious, this one is! There is even an off-leash dog park on-site and a K-9 police cemetery.

Did a geocaching event here today. Chris from the park was awesome, showing us how to input locations! We really enjoyed our day outdoors doing something different. It's not just a walk in the woods!

Grounds crew keeps the pork in great shape! Great place to ride your bike nice disc golf course, right now they’re rebuilding some of the playgrounds for kids
