As someone born and raised in this area of Greensboro it was like stepping back in time to shoot basketball both inside and outside. The staff inside were friendly and respectful to this old man(50) who just wants to get an hour or two of daily exercise Lol. Also, both basketball courts were clean at least by court standards along with the surrounding areas. Please keep up the great work I wish more people would appreciate the simple treasures that life will gladly offer from time to time.

This is a great recreation center. I have only encountered amazing employees with great customer service. Ms. Vance is amazing with the kids in the community. Everything in the center was very clean and everything that goes on in the center is FOR THE KIDS.

They LOVE the kids! I was a cheerleader, and dancer for this community center from the age of 5 until I was maybe 14. Those were some of the best times of my life. They hold the South Side Reunion every year in the Summer. They also have a back to school function were they give free hair cuts, and hair do's for the school age children, and give away back packs and school supplies.
