Well maintained courts! I arrived on a beeeeeeautiful day and luckily had a spot, no one came by for the next two hours. Maybe this means it isn't highly trafficked, but I may have just gotten lucky because they're such good courts. Also surrounded by a lovely park, including a half court basketball court, children's playground, and tons of benches and green space. All in the middle of a quiet neighborhood!

Nice park. Families have left behind plenty of toys. Even when it's pretty crowded it still flows pretty nicely.
