Nice place,good staff, could have more activities during the week, such as 18+ volleyball, ping pong, more night time pickleball.etc

I think that is the kind of place I need in my life! I am a Senior Citizen with limited abilities of how I can exercise. The Center is close enough for me and the cost is very reasonable for Seniors! They have the equipment there that I am able to use. I had my 1st day there today and signed up for a 6 month membership. I look forward not only to going there but hopefully meeting other seniors there too!

This place is under poor management. There was an event today( daddy daughter dance ). When I purchased these tickets on Jan 2024 I told the front desk that I may have to make a switch ..to an earlier week as we had commitments ;I was told to call to check if there is availability and if so it should not be a problem. Before the event.. I did call ..i was put on hold to verify all the information and was told there is no problem and that the tickets would be found at the front desk and my name was added to the check in list for today( and was cancelled from the 10th) When I came in I went to the front desk and explained the situation..and giving the staff member name who made the switch on the phone. John the manager refused to assit and handled the situation poorly asking me to leave and to return the 10th ( as the tickects read). He said he over heard the staff earlier discussing this matter and switch . .so john knew of the switch...the front desk told me she will tell her coworker as well..of the switch and am all set . After all my phone number was already listed down..if you found this to not be okay you should of called after the initial confirmation. But U waited until i got there with two little girls all dressed up...waiting to dance with their dad. John you are aware that my name is now on todays list...you where present when the switch happened. but you were trying to use ur power to ask us to leave ...is it because you saw we were arab?? Or were you trying to use our spots to give to someone else you knew ? as my entry was confirmed when I called the 2nd time today to confirm detials.. but john lied and said my name was not on today's list ( and that he checked it. as I saw him look over the list) .I told him to check the 10th as my name was cancelled and i was told a note was made of the swap. He argued with me as he has no compassion. He even asked me to step outside .. I was clearly upset..? I refused to leave and told him to call the front desk who took the call as I have confirmation and to check the notes. I than told him i will leave a bad review of his poor treatment.. I kept asking him to bring the sign up sheets. he finally does and I saw notes made by both days as i was told on the phone they will update their information. Again confirming what I said was true. He gives me the tickets ( mom and son dance lol..was he doing this on purpose? ) . I see my name on that original list typed out..as I check in. john lied about my name not being on today's list* it was in alphabetical order. Vicky checked us in ! He wasted our time on purpose.. by not allowing entry... You thought you can overuse your position...its a shame... How can someone holding the managment title and power not have compassion ..and sterotyping people.
