Hussein Jouni, the club’s personal trainer and physical therapist, is highly knowledgeable and skilled in the body. Love picking his brain. Came in with severe pain and buckling in both knees, and he was able to, with the help of corrective exercises/stretches and recovery, heal and strengthen my legs from the bottom up. He offers massage, cupping, recovery boots, and a custom program catered to your needs. I’ve never met a medical professional or physical therapist with as much knowledge of the body as he does. I highly recommend him.

I love this club and all the amenities included with the membership. They always keep the place clean. Someone in the gym area always picks up and makes sure everything is put away. Bathrooms are always mopped and cleaned. New owner is renovating this place beautifully and bringing it to life from what it was. I will stay coming here and recommend everyone to come here. It is a very family feeling environment. Everyone knows everyone. I also love the staff. 🙌 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had no idea this place existed. It was so nice. Definitely more expensive than the Ford Community Center, but more amenities so that’s understandable. The only reason for the four stars and not five is the facility does not have ADA accessibility. There are steps only to get to the workout facility area and tennis courts and no ramps or elevator options.
