I went there to see a neighborhood concert. I had a great time. The park is huge and clean and safe.

This is a neighborhood joy. The small playground that was just what the doctor ordered to get some energy out for the young one. It also has a tennis court and a basketball court is just across the street. Great visit and I am thankful for having the park in the neighborhood. 1

I sure wish the city took more pride in this park. Sure, they mow it, and occasionally clean up the baseball field, but generally it's not well maintained. The fence is in bad shape, they use it as a Ravens game parking lot tearing up the entire field (especially when wet) and those folks also leave behind a ton of trash. There a non-operational splash pad, and some basketball courts that could use some work. This seems to be most useful for a field to let dogs play (I take my pup there too), but Volo also plays there in the summer. Shout out to the older gentleman that often cleans up all the trash around the park. I don't recall his name, but things are far better because of hit volunteer efforts.
