Lovely park with a a wonderful spread of trees, grass, pond, and in between. Has a great boardwalk path on the north side which connects the WPI townhouses (accessible from the sidewalk) to O’Connell field (annoyingly google maps has rejected attempts to add this connection atm). Some negatives: the pond is quite overgrown with invasive weeds and often smells horrid (particularly around Lancaster St), the paved trail does not encircle the entire park, the gazebo has a ramp that does not connect to the paved trail, the tennis courts are in poor shape, and the traffic on Park and Salisbury can be dangerous with speeding cars.

Beautiful park in the heart of Worcester. Large open fields and outdoor performance space. Some nearby ponds as well. Public restrooms available. There are a lot of events and public performances that go on here each year. Had a great time at the annual Juneteenth Festival!

Friendly small park with a small pond with plenty of wildlife, swans to an occasional deer you’ll see walking the woodland trail bridge (safe modern) has a few corners with some bench seating, in traffic around Park Ave we often just just come here to clear our heads 20 min, it’s peaceful hearing the birds chirp and squirrels running around the leaves. A real 7 out of 10
