This is a cozy gym available to the Harvard ecosystem in pre-pandemic times. It is not possible to get a membership during their current COVID protocols. You are not missing much, though. The QRAC is a gym that is just “there”. It exists, but it does little else. It still maintains a permanent tennis court time for the Astrophysics department that I have never seen used. Management has always been a hassle, but if you live in the quad or neighborhood nearby it is convenient.

Nice small gym if you like to work out in a low-crowd setting. Students/employees working here are nice and greet literally everyone who enters and leaves. It’s nowhere close to as crowded as Harvard’s Hemenway Gym. The parking lot is usually empty for students with a car. However, the bathrooms could use more cleaning as well as the water fountains. One day I saw pink goo in the fountain as well as on a shelf where people put their bags and jackets. This is minor, but I also wish they had more than one step machine since that definitely does the best job at churning out the calories :)
