Everyone needs a place like the Training Ground. Best gym in town - both for the expertise and the vibe. These guys changed my life, helping me get in shape and stay strong into middle age. The trainers are super knowledgeable and fun to train with, and the workouts are individualized to your goals/needs after a thorough evaluation. This place is for everyone - from those who don’t work out to full time athletes. If you want to be stronger and more fit/active, do yourself a favor and check them out.

My family loves The Training Ground! All of the staff is very friendly and works to make sure you feel supported and also pushes you to make sure you get the most out of your workout! If you're looking for a new place to workout, you will not be disappointed!

The trainers and staff are extremely knowledgeable, smart, committed, respectful and caring. They are just really good people. I enjoy each session and look forward to being there each morning. It has become an important and enjoyable part of my day. I have been coming to TTG for over a year and plan to continue doing so indefinitely.
