A wonderful park not far from the French Quarter that overlook into the Mississippi River .

Too bad but this could such a great area. Walked into the Warf which I thought Would be a cool area to watch the boats but multiple homeless people shooting up and smoking meth. Zero police around so I would not say it is safe.
